Abstract:

1) Shredding: cutting of tyres into smaller pieces

2) Pyrolysis : turns used tyres into Pyrolysis oil, Pyrolysis gas, carbon and steel cord

3) Distillation of Pyrolysis oil: converts Pyrolysis dark Pyrolysis oil into light in color diesel

4) Processing of Pyrolysis oil: converts diesel into benzene, kerosene and other fuels

5) Carbon processing plant: converts carbon into powder and then into granules

6) Electricity Generation: By fueling the generator

Commercial Proposal

The whole process of Electricity generation involves 6 stages of waste recycling equipped with custom-made magnetic equipment and systematically works in order as mentioned in abstract and ensures total independence from energy suppliers. All stages of production are equipped with specialized magnetic devices in order to increase efficiency of the plant, reduce energy consumption and enhance overall operations.

Process:

Initially,1 m3 of Diesel will be needed to launch the new plant. After 24 hours, a plant will become self-sustained and can use self-generated Pyrolysis oil for its running. All processes are fully automated.

Input:

200 tons of used car tyres/day

Output:

Pyrolysis oil – (40%)

Technical Carbon – (40%)

Steel Cord – (10%)

Pyrolysis gas – (10%)

All by-products of Pyrolysis have commercial value and will be sold.
